The heart of Jean-Claude Boisset beats at the Ursulines winery, and you can see it from this cuvée. Made exclusively from Chardonnay white grapes, this 2021 vintage brings together the four departments of Yonne, Côte d'Or, Côte Chalonnaise, and Mâconnais to deliver the excellence of Burgundy according to its four terroirs.
From a complex vintage marked by an unprecedented frost episode, this wine nonetheless reveals the immense resilience of the vine and the talent of the winemaker, Grégory Patriat, who has been making this signature wine for over twenty years.
With a lovely pale yellow color with white highlights, it unveils very fresh aromas of lemon and white-fleshed fruits, enhanced by subtly smoky floral notes.
A true gem to discover at la Maison Vougeot!
